USCIS to Increase Premium Processing Fees Effective March 1, 2026
USCIS has announced a final rule to implement an inflation adjustment to premium processing fees. The new fees will go into effect for cases postmarked on or after March 1, 2026.
The new premium processing fees for H-1B and other nonimmigrant employment visas, as well as for Form I-140, will increase from the current $2,805 to $2,965.
For applicable Forms I-539, the premium processing fee will increase from the current $1,965 to $2,075.
For applicable Forms I-765 (including for OPT and STEM OPT Classifications), the premium processing fee will increase from the current $1,685 to $1,780.
