USCIS Flexibility on Responding to RFEs and Other Agency Requests Further Extended to March 23, 2023

The USCIS has announced a further extension of responding to RFEs, NOIDs and other requests, now to March 23, 2023, considering them timely received if they are received within 60 calendar days of the original due date. This latest extension of flexibility due to COVID applies to requests where the issuance date listed on the request, notice or decision is between March 1, 2020 and January 23, 2023, inclusive.
