During our April webinar, Weaver Schlenger will
- Review the government’s policy on flexibility for completing I-9s during COVID
- Outline the latest ICE guidance on employees hired April 1, 2021 or later and what it means for those hired prior
- Provide best practices on complying with the physical inspection of documents requirement, and
- Discuss the “authorized representative” model for completing I-9s remotely.
