USCIS to Extend Office Closures and Flexibility on Responding to RFEs and Other Requests

The USCIS will extend the closure of local USCIS offices to June 4, 2020 and will continue to provide flexibility in responding to RFEs and other requests, considering them timely received if they are received within 60 days of the original due date.
