Visa Bulletin November 2017

The Department of State has just released the November Visa Bulletin. EB1 for all countries will remain current. EB2 India and China show one month advancement while all other countries will be current. EB3 China and Philippines will advance one month, and EB3 India remains October 15, 2006. All other countries EB3 will be current.
