Visa Bulletin July 2017

The Department of State has just released the July 2017 Visa Bulletin, which reflects retrogression in the EB3 category for China. EB2 India and China as well as EB3 India dates show some advancement.
We expect the USCIS will announce shortly whether applicants can rely on the Dates for Filing, or must follow the Application Final Action Dates for filing in July 2017, as has been the case for several months. Applicants should check the USCIS website in the next few days.
