USCIS Resumes Premium Processing for FY H-1B Cases

Today, the USCIS announced it will resume premium processing for fiscal year 2018 H-1B cases.  It has not yet resumed premium processing for H-1B extensions or changes of employer.

Weaver Schlenger LLP will be contacting clients with pending fiscal year 2018 H-1B cases to determine if an upgrade to premium processing is needed or requested.
