USCIS Resumes Premium Processing for All H-1B Petitions

On October 3, the USCIS announced that it will resume premium processing for all types of H-1B petitions starting immediately. This includes H-1B extensions or changes of employer. Last month, the USCIS resumed premium processing for Fiscal Year 2018 H-1B petitions.
Weaver Schlenger LLP will be contacting clients with pending H-1B cases to determine if an upgrade to premium processing is needed or requested.
