WSM Webinar: The New F-1 STEM OPT Rules

Designed for employers who plan to hire F-1 OPT students, this month’s webinar will discuss the new DHS regulations which go into effect May 10.  As we previously reported, the revised regulations will increase the amount of time a STEM F-1 student can remain in OPT status (working for an E-Verify employer), but will also impose greater requirements of U.S. employers.
