September 2014 Visa Bulletin: EB2 India and EB3 Philippines Continues to Advance

The September Bulletin, released by the Department of State, shows movement for EB-2 India and a big nine month leap for EB-3 Philippines. This forward momentum will not continue, however, as the DOS is predicting it will need to retrogress EB-2 India possibly as soon as November.
