May 2014 Visa Bulletin Shows Little Movement

The May Visa Bulletin released April 9 by the Department of State shows advancement only for the EB-2 China and EB-3 Philippines categories. EB-2 China moves up five weeks to April 15, 2009. The remaining categories do not budge from their positions in the April Visa Bulletin we reported on last month.

EB-2

  • All others — Still "CURRENT"
  • China — Advances five weeks to April 15, 2009
  • India — Remains at November 15, 2004
  • Mexico — Still "CURRENT"
  • Philippines — Still "CURRENT"

EB-3

  • All others — Remains at October 1, 2012
  • China — Remains at October 1, 2012
  • India — Remains at September 15, 2003
  • Mexico — Remains at October 1, 2012
  • Philippines — Advances four and a half months to November 1, 2007
