February Visa Bulletin: EB-3 Advancement Slowing Down

The Department of State's February Visa Bulletin, released today, provides no good news for Indian nationals on any fronts, and a slowdown in the EB-3 employment based third preference category: Just two months forward movement for all but Indian nationals, who stay put. In the EB-2 employment based second preference category, very little to report: Chinese nationals move forward only one month and India remains at a standstill.

  • Mexico – advances 2 months to June 1, 2012
  • Philippines – advances 2 months to April 15, 2007
