Managing partner Kirsten Schlenger will moderate the panel "Leaning In To Close the Gender Gap" this Thursday afternoon in the downtown San Francisco Hilton Hotel's Franciscan Room. Drawing from her 20+ years of thrills and agonies in immigration law firm practice management and mentoring female immigration attorneys, Ms. Schlenger will focus on the difficult but timely topics of financial compensation and challenges for female immigration attorneys. Ms. Schlenger's panel will be held at the annual American Immigration Lawyers Association meeting, attended by several thousand attorneys from around the world.
