April 2013 Visa Bulletin - Nominal Forward Movement

The Department of State's April Visa Bulletin shows nominal forward movement for EB-2 Chinese nationals while we wait for some sort of Congressional relief this year with visa retrogression. Once again, there is no movement in the EB-2 category for Indian nationals, and EB-3 categories continue to inch along.

EB2

  • All others - still "CURRENT"
  • China - advances 1 ½ months to April 1, 2008
  • India - still at September 1, 2004 (since October 2012)
  • Mexico - still "CURRENT"
  • Philippines - still "CURRENT"

EB3

All others - advances 2 months to July 1, 2007
China - advances 3 months to April 22, 2007
India – advances 1 week to December 8, 2002
Mexico – advances 2 months to July 1, 2007
Philippines – advances 1 week to September 8, 2006
