Modest Movement in December 2012 on Visa Retrogression

The Department of State's December Visa Bulletin shows EB-2 Mexicans and Filipinos will become current in December, while movement for other foreign nationals in the EB-2 and EB-3 categories continues to trickle forward.

- India – advances 1 week to November 1, 2002
