April Visa Bulletin Halts EB-2 Progress

True to the State Department's earlier warnings, the April Visa Bulletin shows zero movement for backlogged EB-2 priority dates, and nominal movement for backlogged EB-3 priority dates. We anticipate little, if any, forward movement during the next few months.
