Senior Associate Lisa Baker to Share H-1B Filing Expertise in AILA Audio Seminar

Senior Associate Lisa I. Baker will join two other distinguished panelists August 11 to discuss H-1B filing strategies in an AILA National audio seminar titled "Coping with the H Cap." Specifically, Ms. Baker will discuss the effects of immigrant visa priority dates on H-1B extensions beyond the sixth year and recapturing time spent outside of the United States as a means of preserving nonimmigrant and immigrant visa advantages.
