The October Visa Bulletin confirms some anticipated forward movement in the EB-2 category with the October 1 start of the government's new fiscal year. Compared to this month of September, EB-2 Chinese and Indian nationals gain ten weeks. The EB-3 professional/skilled worker category is almost at a standstill with just one to three weeks gained, depending on nationality.
