H-1B Multiple Entry Visas for China

The U.S. Department of State recently amended the visa reciprocity schedule to allow Chinese nationals to be issued H-1B visa stamps valid for 12 months and for multiple entries. [Chinese nationals previously were allowed H-1B visa stamps for a maximum period of three months and two entries.] The amended visa reciprocity schedule also applies to H-4 visas as well as all of the other H-1B categories.
