Ms. Malison loves learning about journeys – how people discovered their talents, the challenges they had to overcome, the individuals who helped them along the way. Matching talent to opportunity also gives her great satisfaction; she enjoys watching businesses thrive after the perfect candidate fills a critical role. The byzantine US immigration system often presents a daunting obstacle to individuals and employers seeking to grow; Ms. Malison is passionate about advocating for those courageous enough to take on this system in pursuit of their goals.
Ms. Malison works with clients on both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, including several of the firm’s non-profit (H-1B cap exempt) clients.
