Looking back on my time at Weaver Schlenger LLP, I’m filled with gratitude. From when I joined the firm as a law clerk, I was welcomed into a team of professionals who lead with integrity, uphold the highest standards of excellence, and view each challenge as an opportunity to learn and grow. That warm welcome—and the steady support that followed—set the tone for everything that came after.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of learning from and working alongside some of the most brilliant, compassionate, and dedicated legal minds in the field. The mentorship I’ve received has not only sharpened my legal skills and deepened my understanding of complex immigration and business matters, but also instilled in me a profound appreciation for the core values that guide our work: service, hard work, meticulous attention to detail, and a true commitment to collaboration. These aren’t just ideals at Weaver Schlenger—they are embedded in the culture and practiced daily.

As the firm celebrates its diamond anniversary, I find it fitting that we reflect on the symbolism of a diamond: unmatched brilliance, enduring resilience, and unwavering integrity. These traits reflect not only the legacy of Weaver Schlenger, but the bright future we continue to build together.

I’m grateful for the path that’s brought me to this firm, the people who have shaped my journey, and the opportunities that continue to inspire me.
