Starting Today (11/1/2023) Employers Must Use Latest Form I-9 (edition date 8/1/23)

Starting today, all employers must use the latest edition of Form I-9 (dated 8/1/2023). No previous editions should be used. The USCIS made this announcement in July and gave employers a grace period through 10/31/23 to continue to use the previous edition.
