On February 19, Weaver Schlenger LLP will hold a free webinar to discuss lessons learned from last year’s Registration process (the first year of Registration) and what to expect this year. We will also cover H-1B visa qualification, why we have a lottery, and the Labor Condition Application (LCA) requirement. This one hour webinar is designed in particular for those newer to the world of H-1B visas and immigration.
