USCIS Further Extends Flexibility on Responding to RFEs and Agency Requests Due to COVID-19 Through January 1, 2021 Notices

The USCIS will continue to provide flexibility in responding to RFEs and other requests, considering them timely received if they are received within 60 days of the original due date. This extension of flexibility applies to requests where the issuance date listed on the request, notice or decision is between March 1, 2020 and January 1, 2021.
