Temporary Flexibility Further Extended Through November 19 for Employers’ I-9 and E-Verify Compliance

The Department of Homeland Security announced that it has further extended the flexibilities in rules related to Form I-9 and E-Verify compliance during the COVID-19 pandemic by an additional 60 days. The policy has now been extended through November 19, 2020.
