National Day of Action in Washington D.C. April 10, 2014

Associates Lisa Baker Jones and Stephanie Smith will lead the Northern California chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association to Capitol Hill in Washington D.C. on April 10 for National Day of Action, an annual event to help raise awareness and promote comprehensive immigration reform.
This year, the Northern California contingent plans to meet with representatives (and their Aides) from across the state of California, with a special focus on more conservative central valley Republicans whose votes can significantly impact outcomes in the House. They also plan to meet with senior Aides to Senators Feinstein and Boxer. Hopefully, with ongoing pressure on the House of Representatives, we will see sensible immigration reform over the finish line.
