Laura J. Mazel Publishes Op-Ed in The Oregonian

In a January 25 Op-Ed article published in The Oregonian, WSM Partner Laura J. Mazel urges Oregon to follow other states and take initiative while Congress hasn't yet, and grant restricted driver's licenses to undocumented immigrants. She also points out a glitch in Oregon's DMV rules which adversely affects legal professional nonimmigrants whose employers are extending their nonimmigrant work authorization. California needs to fix the same glitch.
