Comprehensive Immigration Reform – Employers, STEM Graduates and Dream Act Students May Win

Today, Senate members announced a bipartisan framework for Comprehensive Immigration Reform with Four Basic Legislative Pillars, including a proposal to "reduce backlogs in the family and employment visa categories" and a path to citizenship for certain unauthorized immigrants present in the U.S.
