The Department of State's January Visa Bulletin , released today, reports no visa retrogression, fortunately, but very slow movement, if any at all, in the EB-2 and EB-3 categories for Chinese and Indian nationals:
EB1
- all still current
EB2
- All others – still "CURRENT"
- China – advances 6 weeks to December 8, 2007
- India – remains at September 1, 2004
- Mexico – becomes "CURRENT"
- Philippines – becomes "CURRENT"
EB3
- All others –advances 5 weeks to February 1, 2007
- China –advances 2 ½ months to September 22, 2006
- India –advances 1 week to November 8, 2002
- Mexico – advances 5 weeks to February 1, 2007
- Philippines – remains at August 15, 2006
