It’s not every day that you witness a firm reach its 30th anniversary—a milestone that speaks to resilience, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to justice. As the Office Manager, I’ve had the privilege of stepping into this incredible legacy, working alongside some of the most brilliant and passionate legal minds.

Though my time here—just a year and a half—may seem brief in comparison to the firm’s three-decade journey, it has been profoundly impactful and transformative. I have had the opportunity to be mentored by some powerful women and leaders! They have challenged me, encouraged me, and taught me to believe in myself in ways I never expected. I know what it means to soar in a role—to step up, embrace responsibility, and bring my very best every day. Their confidence in my ability to run the firm from an operational perspective has made me grow exponentially, and I am proud to say Weaver Schlenger is a wonderful place to work. We have a warm, encouraging and collaborative culture that breeds results and a happy clientele.

Looking Ahead

As we celebrate this remarkable anniversary, I’m honored to be part of a team that doesn’t just embrace excellence—it sets the standard. Thirty years of victories, challenges, and unwavering commitment.
