I am celebrating 7 years of service with Weaver Schlenger this month, which coincides with the 30th anniversary of the firm, and my personal milestone of 20 years of working in the field of immigration law. I was drawn to immigration law through my interest in travel, multiculturalism, globalization and human migration, my own family history, and a desire to be of service. I was drawn to Weaver Schlenger because of its stellar reputation and committed team.
In joining Weaver Schlenger, I joined a team of brilliant, dedicated, collaborative, empathetic, and extremely capable people who work diligently to make our client’s lives in the United States a possibility and grow and strengthen the companies we represent through robust immigration programs. These are people who care about what they do, and it shows. On a more personal level, I have found a place where my own career development has flourished. The Partners have boldly encouraged my growth – presenting opportunities such as leading our Fiscal Year H-1B program and people management – areas of leadership where I now shine and contribute to Weaver Schlenger and our clients in a significant way. I am grateful to be part of this fantastic team.
When I look back at those milestones, I am reminded why I started all this in the first place. It still aligns with what I care about—and that’s what keeps me going. Being a part of Weaver Schlenger makes this all possible. I greatly admire what Weaver Schlenger has accomplished, and it gives me hope for the future.
