30 Years of Impact, Growth, and Collaboration at Weaver Schlenger LLP

When I moved to the Bay Area and decided to switch from marketing to law, I honestly didn’t know what to expect. Joining Weaver Schlenger LLP nearly three years ago as my first role in the legal field turned out to be such a transformative experience. From day one, I felt welcomed into a team that genuinely values collaboration, mentorship, and respect. It didn’t take long for me to see why this firm has thrived for 30 years: the people, their passion, and the shared commitment to doing excellent work make it a place where you can truly grow and feel like you belong.

One of the things that has stood out most during my time here is how much the firm really changes lives. Whether helping someone navigate a complex immigration process or supporting businesses in building talented, diverse teams, the work we do matters. Seeing clients reach their goals and knowing we had a hand in shaping their future is incredibly rewarding. Beyond the work itself, I’ve been inspired every day by the mentorship and support from colleagues and leaders. Their guidance has helped me learn, take initiative, and grow in ways I never expected when I first joined.

Celebrating this 30th anniversary is a reminder of the resilience, integrity, and dedication that define Weaver Schlenger. Even as someone newer to the firm, I feel lucky to have been part of this milestone and to have experienced the impact the firm has on its clients and community. I’m grateful for all the opportunities, lessons, and connections I’ve gained here, and I can’t wait to see how Weaver Schlenger continues to thrive in the years ahead.
