Visa Bulletin October 2017

The Department of State has just released the October Visa Bulletin for the start of the government’s fiscal year. EB1 for all countries will be current. EB2 India and China show some advancement while all other countries will be current. EB3 China will advance 2 years, Philippines will advance one month, and EB3 India remains October 15, 2006. All other countries EB3 will be current.
