Visa Bulletin June 2017

The Department of State has just released the June 2017 Visa Bulletin, which reflects retrogression in the EB1 category for India and China. EB2 India and China dates will advance slightly, while EB3 India advances 2 months and there is no change for EB3 China.
We expect the USCIS will announce shortly whether applicants can rely on the Dates for Filing, or must follow the Application Final Action Dates for filing in June 2017, as has been the case for several months. Applicants should check the USCIS website in the next few days.
