USCIS to Accept AOS Applications under “Dates for Filing” from Visa Bulletin in October 2016

For the first time in nearly a year, the USCIS announced it will accept employment-based adjustment of status applications in October pursuant to the Dates for Filing in the Visa Bulletin (below).
