H-1B Cap Season is upon us!

The government's H-1B lottery starts April 1, but there is a lot to do before then to ensure the best chance for success. It's time for employers to identify their F-1 students, interns and others requiring a fiscal year H-1B.

On January 29, WSM will hold a free webinar to discuss H-1Bs, what is Cap Season and how you can be best prepared. This one hour webinar is designed in particular for those newer to the world of H-1Bs.

This program has been approved for 1 (General) recertification credit hour toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute.
