The Department of State’s May Visa Bulletin shows continued nice gains for EB-2 Indian nationals, even greater gains for EB-2 Chinese nationals

The Department of State’s May Visa Bulletin, as predicted, continues to show positive forward movement for EB-2 Chinese and Indian nationals.  EB-2 Chinese nationals leap forward 14 months, while EB-2 Indian nationals advance 7 months. EB-3 Chinese and “all other” nationals show small gains.

 

EB1 - all still “CURRENT”

All others – still “CURRENT” 

China – advances 14 months to June 1, 2012 

India – advances 7 months to April 15, 2008

Mexico – still “CURRENT” 

Philippines – still “CURRENT” 

 

EB3                          

All others – advances 3 months to January 1, 2015

China – advances 4 months to May 1, 2011  

India – advances 7 days to January 15, 2004  

Mexico – advances 3 months to January 1, 2015

Philippines – retrogresses 7 years and 3 months to July 1, 2007
