Under U.S. immigration law, employers face numerous immigration documentation obligations. Failure to fully comply and maintain adequate documentation can result in significant civil and, increasingly, criminal penalties. As part of the services we offer clients, we go on-site to perform an evaluation of hiring practices, Labor Condition Application and Form I-9 audits, and to make recommendations to achieve full compliance. We also advise on the EVerify program and the special requirements for federal contractors. Our trainings on Form I-9 systems and maintenance and all other relevant facets of business immigration law enable our clients to meet their compliance obligations under this onerous section of the immigration statute.

To more effectively manage the immigration function, we provide customized immigration policies. As part of our service, clients receive a bi-monthly comprehensive chart of all of their foreign national employees (including job location, title, country of birth and citizenship, non-immigrant visa status and expiration dates, marital status, status of permanent resident process and customized case status comments).
