We are seeking someone able to proactively support our attorneys in preparing and filing well documented, well presented immigration petitions. Must have strong analytical and writing skills, be excellent at multi-tasking and be receptive to feedback. A bachelor’s degree certificate or equivalent experience and education, and 1 year of relevant immigration paralegal experience is preferred but not required. Strong writing, organizational and PC skills are essential. Prior immigration paralegal experience with temporary work visas and labor certifications a plus. At least a two year commitment required. We are a small, fast-paced, friendly immigration law firm committed to providing excellent and proactive legal analysis and service to its clients. Although we focus on business immigration, we also represent individuals in family-based petitions and naturalization applications. Our clients are diverse, our staff is diverse and our expertise is broad. Our firm is located in the San Francisco Financial District. |
